Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Zuzli. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Who operates Zuzli

Zuzli is an independently developed travel-planning project operated by Nati Tal, an independent developer based in Israel. It is currently available to a limited group as part of a closed beta for testing, evaluation, and continued product development.

You can reach the operator at support@zuzli.app or through the support page.

2. The service

Zuzli is a trip-planning and itinerary-management tool. It takes an itinerary — typically planned with an AI assistant such as ChatGPT — and presents it as a visual, mobile travel experience with days, stops, maps, travel legs and progress tracking.

Zuzli is not a travel agency, a booking platform, a navigation provider, or an emergency service. It does not sell, reserve or arrange flights, accommodation, tickets, tours or any other travel product, and it must not be relied upon in an emergency.

3. Closed beta access and fees

  • The service is currently free of charge.
  • There are no subscriptions, purchases, payment obligations or financial commitments.
  • Zuzli does not process payments and does not store payment-card information.
  • Beta access may be limited, manually approved, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
  • Features may change, break or be removed during development.
  • There is no service-level commitment and no guarantee of continued availability.
  • If paid features are introduced in the future, users will be informed before any charge applies.

4. Accounts and authentication

You need an account to use the app. You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

New accounts start in a pending state and require manual approval before trips can be created, and accounts may be subject to a limit on the number of trips.

5. ChatGPT and third-party services

You may connect an AI client such as ChatGPT to Zuzli. Once you authorise the connection, it can read your trips and create, update or delete trip content on your behalf. You remain responsible for changes made through that connection, and you can revoke it at any time in your AI client.

Users should review material itinerary changes made through a connected AI assistant. Zuzli applies authentication and permission checks, but AI-generated instructions or results may not always reflect the user's intended outcome.

Zuzli relies on third-party services, including our authentication, database and hosting providers, Google Maps Platform, Wikipedia content, and the AI client you connect. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or content.

6. Shared trips

You can share a trip with other Zuzli users by email. Sharing gives them access to that trip's content and lets them update shared progress. Only share trips with people you trust, and only share content you are allowed to share. You can remove access at any time.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the trip content you add to Zuzli. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you and for the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to any text, links or images you add.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive
  • Attempt to access accounts, trips or data that are not yours
  • Probe, disrupt or overload the service, its API or its MCP endpoint
  • Use automated means to create accounts or to circumvent account limits
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that is offensive or illegal

9. Travel information and accuracy

Itineraries in Zuzli are largely generated by AI assistants and by third-party place data. They can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. Addresses, opening hours, prices, availability, travel times, distances, routes and suggested schedules are estimates and must be verified before you rely on them.

10. Maps, routes and navigation

Map display, place details, opening hours and travel estimates come from Google Maps Platform and may differ from real conditions. Route lines shown in the app illustrate the order of your stops and are not turn-by-turn directions. When you choose to navigate, the app opens an external maps application. Always follow local traffic laws, signage and your own judgment, and do not interact with the app while driving.

11. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is under active development, and features may change, break or be removed. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that data will always be available, and you should not rely on Zuzli as your only copy of an itinerary.

12. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend, lock or remove an account that breaches these terms, is used abusively, or poses a risk to the service or to other users. You may stop using Zuzli at any time and can request account deletion by writing to support@zuzli.app or using the support page. Deletion is handled manually after verification and completed within a reasonable period.

13. Intellectual property

The Zuzli name, logo, design, software and all related materials belong to the operator or to its licensors and may not be copied, reused or reverse engineered except as allowed by law. Third-party content shown in the app, including map data and place photos, remains the property of its owners.

14. Liability

The service is provided free of charge during the closed beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed stops, missed transport, closed venues, inaccurate itinerary information, changes made by a connected AI assistant, or loss of trip data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update, and continuing to use Zuzli after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the competent courts in Israel, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

For any question about these terms, write to support@zuzli.app or use the support page.
